My father died due to ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis). I wish I could cure ALS and prevent others from losing their loved ones to such a devastating disease.

I wish God could grant me this wish. To see my dad, talk to him, hear him, feel his hug, know he’s here….that would be heaven. I miss my dad terribly. He died at only 40 years old (I was 17 at the time). I know he is here….sometimes I feel his presence near me….but to REALLY see him would be awesome.

It’s been tough growing up with this awful hinderance. But I think I’ve managed well. But then again, if I lost my mother, husband, and daughter….I think I’d be the loneliest person alive. My social anxiety haunts me. It’s no fun….at…all…
