Challenge Bet

I made a challenge bet with M., that I must lose 7 % of body fat by October 15th, 2010. So far I haven’t done a whole lot about it… I am not eating as many chocolates as before, but I think this is not the only problem. Quantity also matters, and quality.

I have to make this, I should. I can’t go spiralling down like this, it has to stop.

I haven’t been studying as much O.S. as I wanted to. I must study more, I want to complete my goal, I can’t afford to procrastinate…. Hopefully these days will be better.

Wednesday and Thursday:

  • Have lunch with m
  • Study O.S. with 30-15 system
  • Go out with D.
  • Photoshop book
  • Make something for me to eat
  • Drink at least 1.5lt of water each day

Bought a book!

Ordered a Slovak book, supposedly it’s not great, but the best one from the rest. And it’s full of colors and pictures, which is great !!!! I’m a visual learning I think, so this will help me a lot. It’s for total beginners, like what I am, so I think it’s a good purchase and will help me learn. :)

Of course it doesn’t help with the pronunciation, but there’s time and the online Slovak TV for that. :P
