I'm doing 23 things
So funny as it may be.. altruism is actually a defense mechanism.. beit a highly evolved defense mechanism.. but it turns out that this may mean we have something that we are trying to resolve in ourselves. BUT i figure that if i can help out someone else by doing something nice to give myself a pat on the back… then GREAT!
so tonight I bought things off of 2 strangers wishlists on amazon.. and it was funny to me how picky i got to who i would buy for. which is kind of ridiculous in itself.. but i looked up a boy and a girl.. both with names that i really like.. and then rifled through their lists and interests and picked two best fits.. which ended up being a sweet girl with an interest in literature, and a childrens hospital in georgia… (the boy that i picked did not have an address set up.. so the hospital was my second choice)
so… i have completed this goal! im glad that i did something good today…. yayyy!
