Walking now 2 years ago

4 times weekly for at least 40 minutes. And that’s good enough, and reasonable to maintain long term. Running is really hard on my body, and walking is just as beneficial. So there!!

Just know that you’re not going to be making a set of dishes your first time at the wheel. I’d give yourself at least a 6 month learning curve. I’ve only been throwing for 5 years, and I’ve SO much to learn.
