I sat down over the weekend and returned at least a dozen emails… when you fall out of contact, it can seem so overwhelming! As for the rest, especially the more difficult ones, I’ve been doing well at writing an email a day. Just one… I’ve learned that setting setting small goals is far less intimidating than trying to be everything, to everyone, all at once. I even contacted an old friend from ten years ago… now that was challenging. Hopefully I can keep it up, it feels so much better than the weight of procrastination…
