Id lost 1 stone and then ‘plateaued’, and didnt lose anything for about 6 weeks even though I was still running and cycling every day. Then 3 weeks ago I got a new waitressing job, and since then Ive kicked another 7lbs, woo! Go me… so 7 lbs to go to my target yey!

ive recently signed on.. so i get half price gym membership yey, gonna get a months pass and try to go for 2 hours a day for that month. i can do it.

stirfry – 250cals
broccoli – 66cals
salad – 33cals
houmous – 200cals
= 550ran 20mins and did a yoga class. not too shabby.
