Preparation to Motherhood is the key (or so I think) 2 years ago

I’m 28 (almost), married, 5 feet 0 tall, weighing at around 8 st and a UK size 8 in clothes. On that information, it is fair to say that I am a small woman. However even in my smallness, I am not exempt from the riddicules of cellulite and the battering of the body.

I want to attain an excellent level of health, and an amazing level of personal fitness. This is to be achieved through good eating plans and fitness.
Studies show that if a good level of fitness is in place before a pregnancy, then one can continue with a fitness regime (with common sense) during the pregnancy, which is said to benefit the labour process and the ‘getting the body back in shape’. this is a long term goal for me….



get my glowing skin back
Love the skin your in! 2 years ago

A few months ago, my skin was less than loving, and less than lovely. I have since been on a week long holiday in the sun (don’t let anyone tell you that Black skin doesn’t burn, because it does), and I have a marginal glow from the suns rays. As of this week, I have been eating a tin of sardines and wholemeal bread, and trying to cut of the large and copious amounts of sugary items that i digest. My skin is looking better. I generally getthe occasional hormornal related spots around t he time of the month, but my skin is almost good to go. i know i need to drink lots of water, but one step at a time (!!!)

I also use Anew facial scrub often and i use Bio Oil everyday on my face – although I cannot say that it has made that much of a difference , but hopefully in the future it will protect me from raging wrinkles.

Anyway, love the skin you’re in.. in is the only skin that you have, so look after it.



Be Ambitious
I am, I can do... I will 2 years ago

I have always had a streak of ambition in me, however life seems to knock me sideways from time to time. At the moment, i have no get uo and go; i think it has all got up and gone!!! but i want it back. i have started to put small things in place to ensure that i achieve everyday.
