Just going to do this for a week. I have found it helpful for time management when I have done this for a few days.

I am 12 classes in I believe and I need to do three doubles to make up for three classes I missed. I skipped one class out of sheer laziness.
Doing a short vinyasa yoga video to complement my bikram classes. The vinyasa focuses mainly on stretching the hamstrings and that is helping sooooo much with the Bikram. Have no clue how I am going to do all the doubles. guess I just need to start and do one tomorrow.
Did one class today. So going to concentrate on that success for today. I think one time I did this challenge, it was 6 classes per week. Much easier.
First day of my 30 day challenge. Third time doing this. Felt great in class today. Cannot hold entirety of standing head to knee.
