I want to give up on this goal but I weighed 150 and still felt insecure and unhappy with my appearence I realize that weight isn’t the only issue, it is something deeper than that, so until I can come to terms with myself and feel gorgeous at any weight I want to say that for me this goal wasn’t worth it.

This summer I lost a lot of weight but now its like i’m stuck and incapable of dropping anymore weight it is awful I think it’s about time I decrease my calorie input guess at this point excercise alone isnt gonna cut it.
