How I did it: My own particular help was needed for my depression. How I did it: I sat in the mirror one day and looked at my face, red, a dry flakey forehead and spots. Great, my skin hadn't looked this bad since my early teens. I decided that I had to do something about it. It was getting to the point where I couldn't stand to look in the mirror.My first plan was to go through the nightly ritual I took with my face and attempt to correct it. How I did it: My wonderful fiance asked me whether I would like to go away on holiday, and since I was at that point in time attempting to calculate how much in debt we actually were I wasn't overly receptive. Eventually though his constant nagging and moaning wore me down (*cough*) and I decided that yes I could in fact do with a long weekend in a luxery hotel, including spa and bar. Somebody mentioned this to me in passing and the idea has taken over I even know where I want to go to do it :D.
I have always wanted to visit Italy, I think because it is just linked with Romance in my mind :P. Hopefully later on this year I might get to go! fingers crossed!
