Just a half year ago I couldn’t run 100 meters. Have been sick for about 3 years, where I was sometimes very inactive for months. And I have never ran before, cause my legs are definitely not attached to my body the for the purpose of running.
But for the last 4 months I made it a habit to run every time I was 20-30 meters from my destination. Eg. getting to the car, coming in from outside, on the way home from the neighbor. Just tiny things. And it really helped. Now I can easily run 100 meters without dropping dead by exhaustion lol
My husband is planning to fix a bike for me. Just waiting for me to deside some details about it. I am sure this will help a lot to get me a little fitter.
