How I did it: First I put "walk," then I put "walk everyday this week," then I put "go to meetups" (where they hike), then I put "walk the dogs five days a week." I kept the goal in mind and eventually I found the thing that worked for me in terms of something I could do consistently. I wrote all about it in the goal titled "walk everyday for a week." How I did it: I adopted two dogs, invited my friends, and hiked in off-leash hike and bike trails two hours a day, 5 days a week. It's uplifting to my spirit. It gives me time with my friends. How I did it: I only just wanted to monitor how much water and coffee and creamer I drank. I changed my eating and coffee habit by drinking lots of tea. I wrote down my daily intake of food and drink a consistently as I could and found that it didn't help with the water, but it helped me to monitor my consumption of liquid sugar, fat, caffiene and alcohol. For breakfast I had:
Two fried eggs fried in
two tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
1 cup of grits
1 tbsp of butter
1 tbsp of bacon bits
Real Salt sea salt
Greek seasoning salt
cracked pepper
And I also had cocoa made with:
6oz soy milk
6oz water
3tbs cocoa mix with marshmallows
with this I took a vegetarian enzyme pill
Then I had a tea made as such:
two English Breakfast Blend tea bags
in 6oz of water
and 6oz plain low-fat unsweetened soy milk
with one Splenda with added fiber
and 1tbsp clover honey
For dinner I had:
lots of peppered goat cheese
some smoked guda
Trisket type baked crackers from Whole Foods
red grapes
12oz of sweet tea
a few slices of turkey
a few slices of summer sausage
2 tbsp spun honey
about 10 raw almonds
This morning I had:
A 20oz Chai latte made with soy milk and an esspresso shot
And half a southwestern salad from Jack in the Box (I used the whole packet of dressing)
Then I had a:
green tea
with a splash of hazelnut milk
and a tbsp of spun honey
I also had one mini twix bar
