Get out of the big cities! Of course, go see them, but then make sure to visit the smaller villages and towns too.

backpack through Europe
It took 3 months 3 years ago

Unbelievable! It took my wife and I three months to backpack Europe on our honeymoon. We visited 12 or 13 countries and saw just about all the major sites to see. In some places we even saw things we never heard about before. Definitely worth it! But then again, traveling anywhere is worth it!
