not good 5 months ago

despite active and regular exercise, i am still holding weight. it must be due to the drinking and the late night dinners. I am already off all regular softdrinks and most diet drinks. needless to say, no juice and iced tea as well. Need to go to brown rice and cut rice, pasta and bread altogether in evening.
will put more fruits in lunch pail. need to have healthier foods for lunch as well. Need to find a good nutritionist
