-I have this dream to one day bulid and live in a Strawbale house, my friends used to and probalby still do think I,m crazy, but they’ll be in Awe when I finally get it done…And no, it wont burn down and the mice wont eat the strw, as you render it in 3 or 4 layers of cement silly…...
Strawbale houses are eco freindly as well as Far more Energy Efficient than a standard double brick homes.
They’re cheaper to build, providing you no what you doing, I’ve still yet to learn all that, and all my family and friends are going to help me , they just don’t no it yet. The thickness of the strawbales give a greater R factor for insualtion in the walls, which in turn save money on heating and cooling, which will also help save our Enviroment. -
