I usually last about 3 days…but this time I’m going to do it ten days because I really need to.
I ran out of lemons and maple syrup, so I have to start over when I get some more mulah, it will be in about a week.
I need a bigger supply next time :)
I thought I was going to get a headace like i usually do when I skip a meal, but I felt fine. I also thought the drink [lemonade drink] wasn’t going to be tasty, but It was.
My first day was cool, the only thing that I wasn’t ready for was that salt water wash,yuck…..stay posted!!

I’m so excited about starting this cleanse. [I haven’t started yet but I plan to soon]. This is going to be a start of my new healthy living, I can’t wait.
I purchased the book, all I need now is the ingredients for the cleanse. I plan to blog[keep a journal]. So wish me luck.
In order for me to succeed I need to stop procrastinating. It’s possible I just need to discipline my self.
I’m in college and I’m always so busy. It’s so hard to watch what I eat when I barely eat. I really want to lose weight for myself because I feel uncomfortable when I see my weight. Honestly I am not that much over weight but I’m not comfortable with my current size and I never want to reach this size again.
I want to be comfortable with my weight thats all.
My Current Weight is 190 and I am 5 6.
Advice is always welcome!!!!
Things I need to start doing
-Running
-Walking more
-Dancing to lose weight(It helped me before)
-Drinking Only 100% juice(It’s healthier)
-Exercise more
Things I need to stop doing
-Stop drinknig kool aid(It contains a lot of sugar)
-Stop drinking soda again
-Stop eating chips
I recommend this to everyone it helps you see how you’ve grown and helps you understand yourself better.
