Have drunk between 1.5 to 3 lts everyday since Friday 7/10/05. No that difficult to do, just need to drink a little extra.



hold a koala bear
They're cute & fluffy....

Being from Australia I have had the opportunity to hold one a couple of times. The last time I did was about 12 or 13 years ago. Had Josh, my 3 year old nephew in one arm and the cuddly koala in the other. Just as the photographer was about to take the photo I feel a trickle of warm fluid in one of my hands. You can tell by the look on my face something isn’t rigth. In fact, both josh and I don’t look really happy in the photograph. I dont know what he was unhappy about, he wasn’t the one the koala pee’d on! You have been warned.



get enough sleep
What a great start to this goal

had a great night sleep last night(and this morning), didn’t wake up once in the night. Feel very rested. haven’t felt like this for soon time.

lead up to this was a really relaxing night at K&M’s with Suzie.
