So Far So Good....

I’ve been doing yoga conastantly for seven days now, without skipping even one day. I already feel healthier, stronger, and more in touch with myself.

About middle back...

Right now I’m about 4 inches away.. but my hair grows slowly. I hope it doesn’t take too long…
