i am on the net from the time i wake up , i got to the gym in the afternoon and have a break to eat . until the time i got to sleep
i wake up at 10am and come on the net and i turn my computer of at 1am when i go to sleep. i find it easier to browse the net than do things in real life, i watch youtube for tv and i read forums to talk to people. i should really do some stuff outside my room other than the gym. too much computer , i feel like i am wasting my good looks and youth as no one ever sees me.

How I did it: as part of another goal on here i started a diary, so i combined the two and while writing my diary i wrote down the things from the day that made me happy and the best bits of the day. Each time i wrote my daily log of events , the best thing to write about where the good times of the day. How I did it: i take more cold showers now because as part of trying to achieve other goals i go to the gym and do more, a cold shower really cools me down and sorts me out.i think cold showers are cold , so no suprise when i take one they are cold. i just take a short cold shower of maybe 60 seconds just to quickly freshen up, or maybe a longer one when i get back from the gym and im too hot. i have done gardens for a few people ovver the years and have always had a great satisfaction when it is all done, i really enjoy working outside and planting,, the goal is not finished for me yet as i have yet to plant a garden that i own for myself. i have one 5 gardens for other people , using the plants that they got themself. i want to go to the shops and select the plants and design my own garden before i can close this goal.
im on youtube , type bewisemonkey,,,,,but im not closing this goal yet unitl i make a some videos specialy for youtube,,, the ones on there are just random videos from my computer so this goal was a little too easy for me too just close it now.
