How I did it: I took swimming lessons in third grade and failed. I decided it was high time I tried again! In the summer or 2008, I took adult swimming lessons at the Park District. I learned the front crawl, back crawl, butterfly, and breast stroke. We also learned proper breathing and if we wanted to, they also taught proper flip turns but I wasn't ready for that. I made two pies for thanksgiving, Waldorf apple cream and streusel topped cherry.
We rented a tiller and enlarged the garden to around 24’ x 24’. We will need to add compost and till again in spring. The plan is to divide it into four section, one in each corner, with a mulch and stepping stone path in between crossing in the middle.
