Started the Couch to 5K program. So farm, week 2 and feeling good!
I made two pies for thanksgiving, Waldorf apple cream and streusel topped cherry.
We rented a tiller and enlarged the garden to around 24’ x 24’. We will need to add compost and till again in spring. The plan is to divide it into four section, one in each corner, with a mulch and stepping stone path in between crossing in the middle.
After a year showing, Sully is now:
Sullivan’s Travelin Pants RN, RL1 CGC
with 1 leg toward his CD, earned just this past weekend! Hooray! He also earned his first leg toward his RA!
I actually have weighed under 200 lbs for around 6 months! I am a steady 190 now, but trying to get to around 175 by going to the gym more often. I feel so much more exuberant and lively now! Next up, learn to do a cartwheel which I never did even as a kid because of my weight.
I am a volunteer now with the 4-H Dog Training club, but not an official leader. Which is fine because now I am seeing what troubles there can be with 4-Hers and parents! So, I am glad to be learning how to deal with those things before becoming an official leader
Our very first obedience class was a flop, but a positive experience anyway. We blew the recall but had a blast. Our Relly debut on the other hand was a whilrwind! We won 1st place in both level 1 trials we entered.
I married my soulmate. Sure, you think you love someone, you think they love you so you marry. But your NEVER really know how much you love them or how much they love you until you spend a year in a TINY apartment! Day in and day out in each other’s face. That’s when you become soulmates.
Well, I didn’t put it together myself but I did put out the expense of purchasing a first aid kit for each vehicle and a VERY good one for our house. We are prepared should anything happen to us or any of our pets at home or on the road.
