1. What did I learn last week?
Never change your personality to be love.

2. What was my greatest accomplishment over the past week?
Finish 2010 with a standing ovation!!!!

3. Which moment from last week was the most memorable and why?
Wow, I can mention one: my dramatic broke of my relationship (caras vemos, corazones no conocemos= We can see faces, but not their hearts), my kid seeing snow for first time (and me too), a wonderful come together of my friends in New Years Eve (In Old San Juan).

4. What’s the #1 thing I need to accomplish this week?
Clean my kid’s room after the installation of my airconditioners.

5. What can I do right now to make the week less stressful?
Read, dont worry about my economical situation, go to Casa Grande!!!!

6. What have I struggled with in the past that might also affect the upcoming week?
Last week I set boundaries with some people. Sometimes this action isnt well accept it.

7. What was last week’s biggest time sink?
PHONE CALLS IN THE EVENING!!!!

8. Am I carrying any excess baggage into the week that can be dropped?
Thinking to much about what people expect of me.

9. What have I been avoiding that needs to get done?
Some reports, organize my office and clean the patio.

10. What opportunities are still on the table?
New friends, reconect with old friends, finish the article to the university’s blog. Still with my work’s brainstorming.

11. Is there anyone I’ve been meaning to talk to?
My son.

J. to be more than a coworker, a excelent friend.

13. How can I help someone else this coming week?
My son to understand his father. Some of my residents.

Finish my coaching hours, handle with my kid’s condition, try to be free and happy.

15. Have any of my recent actions moved me closer to my goals?
Continue working in the university. Do my best.
Increase the quality time with my son. Maybe this year we start a new diet.
Get deep into my yoga practice, reconect with meditation, do new things.

Finish the ARTICLE!!!
Make changes to the behaviour modification plan.
Pray, go to Unity, Read and go to the mat.

GO TO MY TRIPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!

Loneliness.

My son.

January 2011 Bootcamp: Steady Progress & Kind Self-Care (read all 6 entries…)
After 2 days of rest...

Yesterday I started my bootcamp…

Last year I worked, push my body to achive some proyects, and discover strong parts in me. But this year… I really need to rest and pamper myself, enjoy my friends, my kid, my family… my life.

In this bootcamp (I hope I can finish it) I have this plan:

PROGRESS: (These are things I already im doing)

Declutter everyday (I want to finish my declutter proyect)

Do not be absent in my work)

Use my agenda everyday

Follow my work and my kid’s schedule

Post everyday in 43things

SELF-CARE

Sleep at least 8 hours for 5 days weekly (If I can do it in a row, much better)

Read and Journalism everyday

Eat fruit everyday

Yoga 5 times in a week

Walk 2 times in a week

Be aware about how I flow during the day and about things which give me joy

Bonus:
  • Casa Grande Mountain Retreat (yeah!)
  • Try to take more pictures to document my bootcamp (I will try
  • Visit my friend A and my ex profesor N.
  • No phone call during the evening (well… maybe if my secret new friend calls me)

Snow

Because of the climate, I never see snow in my country (Caribbean). This year I went with my son to see snow (of course artificial). For me that was a magical moment, because was a surprise and seeing him enjoying.

I made my reservation!!!

Unfortunaly I cant stay two night because Jannuary 8th (I booked for 7th) will start a yoga retreat. Now I have to make a budget for the food, the yoga class and because I just want to rest, go to a yoga class and enjoy the nature

  • For the first christmas my kid spend all night with his dad, for me its like a miracle.
  • Prepare “Santa” visit (before go to party)

Yo escogo mis luchas. I dont going to lose my time in useless issues.

Finish my son school semester Yay! Also bought all the closets and the front door of my house.

Listen Pandora with my new Blackberry :-)

Yes. Dont gave the value my lover deserve almost two years ago.

The relationship with my parents.

Try to understand them. Accept them how they are. Try to cut all difficult conversation. Help them.

Simple: Go to Casa Grande Mountain Retreat!

Of course, saving.

Paint the room, ask for some papers of my son, finish THE report, do exercise.
