To explain this goal I need to talk about the origins of my faith…
When african slavery started in America, Spaniard colonists tried to subjugate European culture to the slaves. Language, traditions, culture, religion. In the effort of african slaves to maintain his spiritual beliefs, they started to “covers” his guardians angels with catholics saints, and did their ceremonies in the forest. Today, people can practice the Yoruba religion without syncretism. In my experience, “the religion” help me to be more in contact with nature. Im in a constant learning about the elements of the nature and how to use them to your health and spiritual development.
Like some religions, Yorubas have a jerarchy. A follower start ceremonies to know the mysteries of the spiritual entities and the nature. In that moment im preparing myself to receive “the warriors” (three guardian angels will help me in the situations of my material life). This is part of my journey to be a priestess.
The most important thing of my spirituality is the respect and tolerance. This kind of spirituality really work for me, but that doesnt mean its the only or the best. I think all faiths have a purpose. And I understand not all the persons have to practice a structure religion for their spiritual development. I just found one of the many ways to be near to God. For me, Saturday its a very strange day. All week tiredness explote in this day and I just want to lounge and do nothing…
Daily tasks:(Monday to Friday)
•15 minutes declutering – Who, me?
•Be more consistent with my night schedule – I dont follow the schedule Fridays, just Monday to Thursday
•Remmeber at least once in a day to put in it place – Yes
•Continue using fitday to monitor my 2000 calories – Today I have a low calorie intake, like all Saturdays. Rest day.
•Check everyday my to do list – Yes
•Do something different with my son (I wish to do it every week but disciple moments and lack of time dont allow this)- Another moody day for C. During the evening we talk and saw movies
•Go to see my parents in a different way (to conect with them, not to worry about them health or disagree with them)- I went with mom to a doctor appoiment
•Take care of my plants, document about the new ones – No
•Help my son to practice guitar and remmember how i did it – Again, I offered to him practice guitar, he didnt want it.
Monthly:
•Take emotionals vacations of J. I will not accept call or any kind of comunication. I really need my time (and J too!) – I felt better than yesterday, but I thought a lot in my ex. I really know why because, everyday I saw more far away the idea of reconciliation. Im excited with the idea of meet new people
•Go to a Sierra Club activity – No
•Finish the exams of my breast (Urgent) – No

this is the first week I did my 2000 everyday. Im just taking the middle of the portion (more than 600 calories), until I start a weight exercises. Also im trying to eat fruit everyday. Also im drinking lot of water as always. Today I will take my weight and my plans are:
- Drink just 1/2 shake daily for another week. I think my body will adapt gradually for this kind of stuff.
- Continue with my vitamins everyday. This is my third week in a row taking it.
- A lot of water and fruit
- Salad everyday
- Gym!!! Maybe for the next month

In the evening one of my friend called me to talk about guys. The conversation finished talking about my ex theme and his new fb profile. That affects me a lot.

I love stencils. Its a cheap and nice form to decor your walls. I spend some day looking for a message or print appropiate for a counselor’s office. Finally I found this message (for $7 by internet). When I put it in the wall (with a coworker help me a lotttt!!!). When we finished the wall, we notice the letter were too small. Then I thought put something like butterflies, dragonsflies, flower to fill all the space.

finish February but I will be very near. This weekend I didnt take my weight (mental vacations for this goal), but I sent to a friend some photos taked it last week. My surprise was when I he told me I look heavier, like celebrating (he know my concern). This week I started with a new shake with more calories and im taking everyday my vitamins for more than two weeks.
Maybe I join a gym… just depends what I see in the scale this week…
