SO I’ve lived on my own for eight or nine months and I think that I have finally achieved this goal. I’m much more self reliant and am not nearly as dependant on having other people fill voids in my life. I’d reccomend to anyone to try a stint of living on their own….

My 21st birthday party is in about two months. I have family and friends coming interstate to celebrate with me. Long story short: I want to look good in my 21st photo’s!!
I am the worlds worst yo yo dieter. I lose weight and stack it on, lose weight then stack it back on… it is a vicious cycle. I want to keep it off this time!
So ideally I want to lose maybe 15kg in two months. Thats a little under two kilo’s a week up untill my party. If I start exercising I know I can do it. I’m basically living a sedentry life at the moment. Other than to get the mail (which is about five metres max from my front door), sometimes I don’t go outside for days. So if I start exercising daily I’m sure that will shock my body adequately enough to shed some weight.
I hate to write this but I’m going to….
I’m currently 82kg
I want to be 70kg for my party
I want to be 55kg-60kg as a goal weight overall.
Ahhh wish me luck!
Meh. I have more important goals at the moment. I’d love to do this some day, but I reached my 43 things and I need to delete some to add others… so bye bye french man.
