ok. i have been a chronic junk food addict for years, but i’m now a REFORMED chronicv junk food addict! lol. and i lost 7kg-BONUS! lol. ok. sugar.ew ew EW! [aka YUM! LOL] bananas—eat a bnana when you getet a sugar craving-it keeps yu quite sustained for its size and tended to curb my sugar cravings really well. if it doesn’t work, slice up a banana and sprinkle a little bit of ‘sugarfree sugar’ as i call it lol [SPLENDA ETC] or if you aren’t a fruit eater, then have a sugarfree lollipop [i know its still junk but hey, better than full sugar huh? lol. i found these really yummy ones in priceline by DOUBLE D brand]. also make sure you eat fairly low gi. like, for breakfast have a 2 slices of wholegrain bread [fibre&carbs] with a can of 98% fat free tuna [high protein, low fat] and if you like, some grilled tomato etc. or if you don’t like tuna, whisk an egg or 2 eggwhites well and pop it in the microwave until cooked through [30-50 seconds generally]. this should keep you quite sustained. snack on nuts or low fat low sugar youghurt [freeze it if you’re an ice-cream loverr] and eat grilled or baked [no fat!] chicken , turkey or fish with lots of BOILED or grilled vegies. for a low fat topping on meat etc use low fat chip salsa. yum, healthy and do-able. yum too. i also found that doing even only 60 situps before eating anything in the morning helped supress my appetite rather than make me hungry, but maybe thats just me? also i drink up to 2 cans pepsi max or coke zero a day, and between 4.5-7Litres water daily. pee alot though lol but helps flush food through system very wll and to lear skin:) hope this helps you. just remember take steps. don’t try to do make all these adjustments right away-just take it slow as you need and swap the chips for salad!:)
