How I did it: I've learned English at school, and then at home by listening to music, trying to see what the lyrics meant, reading books, talking in english on twitter and others english sites, making friends on the web and talking to them, and then I started reading books in English. My english was terrible before I practiced it everyday, while talking to other people ! It really helps, and I'm still working but I'm trilingual. :)PS: I said 14 years, … Read how I did it…
Finally exercising! Started to run, I jog 3 times a week, and swim twice a week. I also walk and cycle a lot ! I’m active and I’m starting the changes in my body :)
I stopped eating between meals for one week and the results were crazy : I could really feel the difference in my jeans & body ! Instant weight loss !
Guilty pleasures : chocolate, McDonals (oh my… how I love it) and general snacks…
