Im taking part in Race For Life this year which is 5K. I suppose this is a start seeing as I am a beginner but how I will ever be able to run the 26+ miles through London I really dont know!
Leaving everything to the last minute is such a bad habit of mine. I spend all day in my job sorting other people out and when it comes to myself I leave even the simple things to the last possible second. Maybe im just lazy, but I do know it would cut out a huge chunk of stress in my life if things were not hanging over my head. I am determined that by next week my ‘to do’ list will be all crossed off :)
