My goal isn’t to cut it out completely but to seriously cut back on it. I had a small health problem where I had to take medicine that caused me to be extremely thirsty. But the taste of water makes me so sick. Which drives me crazy. I fell better when I drink water but I just can’t stand the taste of all different kinds of water. I quit taking the medicine several months ago but I’ve gotten into a habit and its a touch of neurosis at this point. I have a drink with me everywhere I go and I still get really thirsty all the time. I drink probably to two 2 liters a day! So I’m gonig to start adding some lemon or something to regular water and see if that doesn’t help. I’m also thinking about asking a doctor if something is wrong with my taste buds. My first step will be trying not to carry a drink with me every where I go.
This isn’t going too well. I need to work harder at this. Maybe if I do things to make it more enjoyable and to establish this as a habit—Like making it at the same time everyday.
