i just want to be consistent in my training and eating and not go on binges
i want that “i’ll start tomorrow” thinking and continue eating like crap.
i never want to binge eat ever again
so step 1 – every day counts, never think i’ll start tomorrow, there is no tomorrow, it needs to be every day

ok, it’s been a 2 week break
i’ve decided i need to make a longer program for this to work, will negotiate a new plan with the school for 6 months

it’s been a week’s break – have eaten terribly and it’s very disappointing, to the point where all the bad food has made me sick.
time to start back on eating well, just had my last bit of bad food.
