I was a little ignorant in thinking I should be an early bird EVERY morning, if I need to get up early, i’m pretty good at, but if my body naturally wants to arise at 3 in the evening and sleep at 5 in the morning then so be it, im young :].

I have been flirting with the idea of doing the master cleanse for a long time now, the thought of having a clearer mind, more control over ones diet, more energy and the fact that fasting has been a practice many great people of our history has gone through makes seem crazy not to try at least once.
Today I am starting on a soup diet to prepare my body for the next day of only liquids :]. lots of juices lots of water!
I hope no one else can empathize with my on this; whenever I know I’m suppose to do something I spend hours finding ways to avoid it, it can be as mundane as painting my nails or just listening to and finding new bands online, whats even worse is that the task I avoid it can be something I like doing. I have many important people in my life that this is or has become a burden over.
So for this goal I want to learn to prioritize and to complete tasks in a time frame that is understandable and acceptable, I already know my list….
