How I did it: Firstly, I found something I really cared about (how Christian guys and girls should treat each other like family! and to be a proper brother, guys should become Ninja Gentlemen, yes). Once I had an awesome topic, I... Spent a LOT of time perfecting Page 1, because it gave me direction for the whole book. I always want to learn how to be a better brother…especially to sisters, even though I don’t have biological sisters. (I have Christian sisters and wrote a book about how to love them like a brother without creeping them out…so that’s part of the way there! But now I have to live up to it).
I could also stand to be a better brother to the brothers I have, instead of the sisters I don’t. =P
I don’t have any biological sisters but I have lots of sisters in Christ! They’re such good sisters to me, I want to be a good brother in return (like 1 Timothy 5:2 says).
I did write a book on how to be a ninja gentleman brother in Christ (http://ninjagentlemen.com) but I have a hard time living up to my own words, hah! I’m not sure I will ever feel qualified to click “I’m done” while there is more serving, protecting, affirming, leading and loving them to do.
