i didnt exercise this weekend at all, but i did all this week. i did well, i just need to keep it up this week!
this will be easier to do now, because my bf and i have decided to get a place together after our leases are up. i’m really excited about it. we’ll be able to get a bigger better place because we’ll be splitting the rent. i can’t wait.
i tracked everything this week, just not this weekend. this upcoming week i’m going to try to cut 200-300 cals out of my diet, and keep all my values within the ranges i’ve set.
