I did finally find a book online. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find time to try to use it much. Besides, my toy poodles howled on the few occassions when I did. Not saying much, huh?

How I did it: I taught myself. Mostly, it was by trial and error. Frankly, I find that it's better if you can find someone to sit beside you and show you just what you're doing. But, there's finally some great tutorials online to teach the basics and have some wonderful pictures to go along with each step. Read how I did it…

Hey! It never hurts to ask. But, in today’s economy, I’m sure people have more reason to hang onto their hard earned money.
I have a student who wanted to learn entrelac knitting. I’d never done it but, figured I’d been wanting to learn it anyway. So, I grabbed a few intro’s to entrelac online and away I went to my knitting class. Today, we did the base triangles and completed the first triangle of the second row of blocks. I found a couple of wonderful sites and we had no problem understanding the instructions. Next week, we’ll work on the complete blocks. I think it looks great!!!
