i’m stuck again! my life is made up of periods where i eat tonnes and periods where i eat not alot. therefore, i remain more or less the same weight, its very frustrating but i don’t know how to break this! does anyone else do this yo-yoing thing? :( hope everyones doing better than i am right now

what does everyone do to distract themselves to prevent overeating? i think its best just to keep my mind busy after having a meal to stop me relentlessly going back for more, sometimes i get absorbed in music or look at photos or sort out files on the computer. any more suggestions?
