Frustrated

I have completed two 1/2 Marathons, one in the early fall of 06 the other in the early fall of 07. Both times following my 1/2’s as I increased my milege using David Kuhl’s 4 months to a 4 hour marathon, I’ve strained my calves, once the right and once the left. So, back to square 1, looking towards the OKC marathon in April 08 if I can stay injury free.
