I just need to make sure I do it everday along with some yoga and strength training for rock climbing.
I climbed Mt. Whitney many years ago and we sleep on the summit. It was calm and clear and you could see for ever. If you do this climb you will remember it forever.
I would like to hike this trail (or part of it) in the next couple of years.
