In order to make this goal attainable and more specific, I’ve decided to go with the Marine Corps definition of being physically fit. I figure that if I would be able to pass the Marine physical fitness test, then I am in shape and have attained this goal. In order to pass the Marine Corps Physical Fitness Test I would need to 1) Run 3 miles in 28 minutes or less 2) Do at least 3 pull ups 3) Do at least 50 crunches. I think that doing the pull ups will take the longest to achieve. 3 miles in 28 will be somewhat easy, so will the 50 crunches. For the pull ups I will need to develop more upper body strength.

cook food and take to work
I want to cook food to eat on the weekends and cook food to take to work so I have healthier food to eat and may save money. I’ll start with a goal of 3 times a week for 1 month.
