I joined weightwatchers online and signed up for a triathlon that would happen in 6 months. I read somewhere that if u do anything everyday for 90 days, it becomes a habit. At the end of 90 days i lost 20 pounds. I’m working out 6 days a week and everyone tells me i look great. The triathlon is now 3 weeks away. I will sign up for some sort of athletic event after this to keep me going. Everytime a woman gives me a second look, im reminded of how worth it it. Also, I feel great!
