I really havent done anything good for myself considering that I actually WAS planning this with a lot of eagerness..CRAP!!

I walked 3entire blocks yesterday…Today I didnt cause its my day off…BUMMER!! I just really ewanted to wake up really LATE!!!...sooo last nightI ate a hamburger I know…SICK!!! & wrong…but hey guess what???...I played WiiSports afterwards…At least I went to bed with a light stomach…and actually found out that I have a lot of balance in me…But not speeed YIKES!!!...Well see you tomorrow… Dear me…HOpe I can do better by then…Today Im going to the movies…Hope I dont stick my self to a huge bag of popcorn…Wish me lucK!!!

So I like ate pizza last night & 2 tacos coulndt really help it…It was ALL we had for dinner had to go somewhere afterwards…

Ive been drinking water the ENTIRE day…
I just ate, skipped the meat…EWW..
And I will eat something later on…But not after 6pm…Dont wanna eat too late… :D/probably a cereal & Ill buy a cereal box or something…

I will have to send a reminder pretty much EVERYDAY!! SO I dont forget…Ive been sitting around these past few 3yrs and I really need to get back in shape Im not that type of skinny girl, but I m like 26lbs overweight…
This morning I woke up and walked 1 entire block, I will walk 1more each day…I hope that by Dec8th I loose about 13lbs if I can do more BETTER…But I really need to make an effort about this…
