Went for my new Weekly body bike class but it was unfortunately cancelled due to illness. But then I did 40 min interval training ón a normal bike instead. Felt so good! Im proud of myself.

1) Visit from my sister and husband
2) My new iPhone – and all the amazing apps
3) Didn’t have to go out in the cold today
4) Drinking a beer alone tonight while watching The Good Wife – really tasted the flavours
5) Finally got my new 2010 calendar updated
6) I haven’t been drinking Coke for 8 days now
