1/2 can of black beans drained
1/2 medium mango diced into 1/2 inch chunks
1 cucumber diced into 1/2 inch chucks
1 jalepeno seeded and minced (or use half or less if you like it on the milder side of things)
2 TBS lime juice
1 TBS orange juice
pinch of corriander (dry) use more if you can find it fresh
3/4 tsp of sea salt
Mix and enjoy! These flavors really impress.

So I got diagnosed during the surgery with endometriosis. I’ve known for a long time that I needed to kick the caffeine addiction I’ve had, since it was messing with my digestion, but the diagnosis was the kick in the pants I needed.
A lot of people seem to think that caffeine and other inflammatory agents may be partially responsible for the endo, and the endo-diet warns against specifically against caffeine.
So since, I’ve been doped up on drugs and have nothing else to do but rest, I’ve stopped with all caffeine. The only thing I’ve had to drink in the last couple of days has been copious amounts of water, herbal tea, and some sparkling fruit juice.
Now I just have to keep this up, one day at a time.
