Has it REALLY been THAT long???

Looks like I haven’t been on 43Things in at least 2 years….since then, I’ve definitely run more than 3 miles nonstop! LOL! I’ve run more 5ks than I can remember, a few 10ks, about 3 or 4 10-milers, two 15ks, 8 half marathons, and a marathon. Now, I want to run an ultra….feels good to see that I’ve managed to grow in at least one area of my life since I’ve been here….

1. I am grateful that things always seem to work out, even when they don’t.

2. I am grateful that my children are all safe and sound.

3. I am grateful for a husband that seems to race me to the stove at the end of an especially difficult day at work.

4. I am grateful for the ability to reflect on how grateful I am, and feel genuinely blessed, as if nothing’s “missing”.

5. I am grateful for a “coffee talk appointment” with my mommy tomorrow…(LOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGG story.)
