Well, I always HAVE to wear a wrist band and I can never wear a skirt, I want it to stop there. But I’m so addicted I keep a blade under my pillow just in case of a sudden urge.
I had carved “KO” into my left wrist, the “K” standing for my boyfriend Kyle whom is in Iraq right now, and the “O” which looks like an aimer or the sign from Constantine, to remind me that I could die any day, and to protect my friends with my life because they are my world and without them I would be lost.
Also I carved the word “REDEMPTION” onto my left (inner side of my) lower leg so that I will always remember that Karma always comes around and not to do anything too stupid.

So you see my scars have a deep meaning to me and I barely regret them, but like I said, I want it to stop there. Any advice for this?

Seeing as I’m bi-polar I have a lot of ups and downs. So in order to even fully accept myself I would need to do the 8 things before this on my list, or at least the first 4 or 5.

Well, I not only bite the nail but the area around it. It’s actually painful and ruining my finger tips. Any strategies to not do this?

Well… one word to describe my hair is Angry. It’s kinda curly and even when it’s not that humid, it frizzes a lot. The last person to do my hair I don’t think knew what they were doing, Part of my bangs are only bout 2-3 inches long and veeeery difficult to control. Any ideas?

Is there a way to actually make your feet smaller? I’m almost a size 8 now I think. :( I adore smaller feet and want to have size 6 at least.
