How I did it: I went to my Dr and finally asked them about it, and it turned out it was fully covered, so I went to the secretary and made an appointment for a week later. I was really nervous when I first went into the operating room, but the Dr and nurse were very nice to me and managed to keep me fairly calm, they explained how it would feel ahead of time.
