Not a lot of progress here. Started playing sports regularly again, so I don’t have a lot of time to spend on push ups. I’ve decided I’ll do two sets of a number I can do easily each day, and one set during which I’ll try and get as high a number as I can every other day. I heard somewhere that you need to give your muscles rest in order to build them up quickly – I could be wrong though. Maybe someone can confirm or deny this?

I’m a couple of courses and my thesis away from getting my bachelors degree in cognitive psychology. Will be starting my master (probably Organizational Psychology) next year.
