I was hand picked by a knitting organization to receive 15 pounds of yarn. All the yarn will be turned into hats, sweaters, mittens and blankets for children in need of warm clothing.

Hubby bought me a new sewing machine for Mother’s Day last year. I absolutely LOVE it!
I started taking formal garment sewing classes in January. I’ve made a pair of pj pants and a summer blouse. I’m currently working on a pair of recycled jeans and men’s ties.
