I have been gaming a lot lately.

The cast was better in Soul Calibur IV, but play V anyway.

I am playing Soul Calibur V. I don’t like what was done to the storylines and some of the characters too much (if you’ve followed these Namco fighting games since the beginning, you probably know what I mean about storylines that do not make sense and leaving out favorite characters or aging some but not all characters). I still prefer the cast of SCIV (especially the surprise of Darth Vader!) but I love the create mode and the graphics. I am awaiting SF vs. Tekken.

I have completed this for the week. I am enjoying a number of games now. Mostly in moderation. This hobby sustains me mentally.

I want to regain my good health!

OK I am healing. My right side, which was more injured, is lagging behind though. I am waiting for my rotator cuff and heel to get better. I want to use this recovery time well…

My face has recovered! 99 to 100% back to normal (facially).

I cannot see evidence of the facial trauma. I can only feel the slightest difference. I have been looking great lately, so that is a good thing!

The Return of Fighting Games

I am doing well with this goal so far. I have moved on to fighting games and martial arts games. I love old school gaming and the gaming genres from before the 2000s.

I have made a lot of progress but I still have more to do. However, I have exceeded my own expectations. I am doing a better job handling this than I did in 2011.
