Can’t really give an exact date, but since I posted this goal I can honestly say I’ve never been happier then I have been this past year. Things in my life aren’t perfect but I’m content and at ease with it all.

How I did it
How I did it: I supported my Roomie as she started Weight Watchers. Even though I wasn't in the program I did adjust my eating habits with her, cooking meals using the program's recipes. Once I understood the substitutions I was able to easily adjust recipes to follow suit. I wasn't actively losing weight if I had been exercising too, it would have probably gone faster.
