How I did it: i have mixed feelings about that one. On one hand, im happy that i achieved this because i know longer sweat for stupid things so i think that my mental health is preserved from BS and drama. However, on the other hand, having a <<dont give a buck>> attitude made me feel a little selfish at times...i dont know why... for example, a friend would act bitchy and stuff towards me and instead of acting bitchy myself or telling her … Read how I did it…
