How I did it: Just made it a priority on a few occasions and when I couldn't seem to get the second canvas right I just painted over it and the contrast between the two actually works out really well as the base colour of the 2nd one is the same as my dark brown feature wall with the fireplace yet I've hung the painting on the opposite wall (cream) and put a mirror opposite that above the fire place to make a nice feature... anyway think it… Read how I did it…

How I did it: I set a date in my work holiday schedule as a start point and asked all my friends if any of them would like to participate. I signed up my best friend Paula (she had to get permission from her partner to take a week out of looking after her wee one and a half year old son's schedule to go with me). I hear Michel’s methodology is the easiest…

I have asked the doctor if I need bloods taken to check my immune system but he says I’m fine and flu is just the luck of the draw… last flu had an infection too so had a dose of antibiotics to get rid of that – wish i was better – I miss running but i don’t have the energy to do too much and horse riding is taking all my energy away 2 – 3 times a week…. hopefully all the vitamins, omega 3 fish oils and echinacea is going me good and I’ll get over it soon!
